| earlier today my boyfriend and i were having sex, everythign was fine. probably about 5-10 minutes later we went to take a shower and ended up having sex in the shower as well...well after a few minutes we stopped because i was feelign really weird. i sat down for a few and then ended up geting out of the shower, my vision was blurry, i was getting dizzy and i wasn't hearing right...after i got out of the shower i just sat down for a few too and eventually got better, but my boyfriend said he was pretty sure i had passed out for a few seconds while i ws sitting there...i got better and now i'm fine...but does anyone have any explanation for this? do you think it had to do w /the sex or somethign else...any help would be great |

I reckon it was to do with the excess sexual activity. I often get very very dizzy after orgasm, almost to the point of sickness or fainting. You should take it slow now that you know you get that kind of thing, although it may just have been a one off.
I think the dizziness might be to do with blood pressure increasing due to being aroused and blood flowing to the genitals instead of the brain. This is why it's a good idea to put your head between your legs when you're dizzy to get blood back into your head. |

Dizziness and vertigo can also happen because of other things telling your body something isn't right. Had you been drinking enough water that day? Had you eaten anything that day? Especially when paired with physical activity of any kind, which includes sex, having not eaten enough or not been drinking enough can cause you to be dizzy or pass out.
You were smart about stopping and sitting down.
Just keep an eye on yourself and if you continue to have bouts of dizziness or feeling like you're going to pass out, you may want to see a doctor in case there's something else wrong. _________________ I'd stop eating chocolate but I'm no quitter |

| I often get extreme dizziness after sex. I think it has to do with the body being tired. Usually just giving your body some time to rest itself will help, considering the body is active. Kinda like sports! ^^ |

| If you are a girl-on-bottom couple, Please PLESAE tell your man to shave the area just above his penis, up about 1 inch above the shaft. You will feel a world of difference! That is the part that touches my clit, and now it ohhh so nice. He will have to shave every time though. Use a good tripple blade razor. |
