What you need to do is masterbate. Do so as many times as you need to. When you can identify that you've had an orgasm then you will always know. When you have sex stimulate your clit. If he's intact you will not have to worry about stimulating yourself. His movement will do so.

Common? You're tossing around some questionable information here.
The foreskin cannot magically provide clitoral stimulation, because it does not live outside the penis where a woman having heterosexual intercourse would find her clitoris in any position, the clitoris being well above the vaginal opening.
